The following applies if you have not received the new password
that went into effect 2/16/92.

The password to access the dialer has changed!  You will need
to leave mail to BOB.DANIEL with the subject of the mail as
"IDOD PASSWORD REQUEST"  (3 words, all caps without the quotes).
The body of the message can contain your comments, questions, 
cussing, or whatever.  They will be stored and I intend to read all 
of them and reply to all I can.

I have written a script that will read mail with that subject
and compare your GEnie mail address with a database of all
IDOD registered users.  If it matches, the password will be
automatically mailed to you.  If it doesn't match, it will let
me know so that I can check it manually.  If there is no manual
match, a message will be sent to you that I don't have a record
of your registration.. we can handle it from there.  

I am expecting several hundred requests so I hope this script 
works OK or I'm going to be REAL busy... if you don't get a reply in
a couple days, it's because my script broke and I'm fixing it.

I decided to do this rather than emailing all in the database to
determine just how many users are still interested in IDOD.
Please respond if you want your interest to count.

All _new_ registered users will receive the password via email
when I receive a shareware payment.  Please include your email
address on the registration form.

Thank you all who have registered!  IDOD has done much better
than I anticipated and I have received numerous letters 
encouraging continued updates.  Some have even registered more 
than once.  These are some of the reasons that this version exists.
